Standard Shipping Policies

We’re happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $250 USD.  Offer limited to certain restrictions see details at the end of this page.

Most orders will ship out within two days of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays), however custom requests  will take 7 days  to process. Your order will be shipped via standard shipping for all domestic and international orders unless you request an alternative.

We ship orders to all US states and territories, APO/FPO addresses as well as more than 100 other countries. 

Orders shipped to PO boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories will be shipped with USPS.  Your order may ship via USPS or UPS. Some UPS orders may be delivered by the Postal Service. Your Shipping Confirmation Email will tell you which carrier is handling your package and how you can track your package. Two Day and Overnight Delivery orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will not ship until the next business day.

Shipping Status

You will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. Information about any backordered or cancelled items will be included in a separate email. You may also view your order online by logging into your account and selecting "Order History."

Do you offer rush orders?

Please contact us to see our availability, all rush orders are subject to a $30.00 fee and would be shipped within a week of purchase. We can not accept rush orders on custom items. We do have a large variety of "Ready to ship" items as well.

International Shipping Policies

All international orders will be sent out via USPS first class mail with a customs number which can be tracked online. These orders can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks on average depending on the country's customs. We can not guarantee a delivery date with first class shipping. If you need an item by a certain date please contact us to upgrade your order to a rush and/or express shipping. International customers are responsible for custom fees and taxes.

What is your exchange / return policy?

Customer satisfaction is very importance to us, please contact us with any questions you may have before placing your order. If you are not happy with your purchase please see the following policies. Please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return once received.

We accept unused/undamaged after arrival returns on these items for store credit only within 7 days of delivery. If you would like to make a return, please contact us before doing so, otherwise the return will not be accepted. All returns must include the packing slip and be unused. Damaged items after arrival, items having signs of being used or non authorized returns and customized items are not returnable.

If an item is delivered damaged please contact us right away and we will exchange it for you.

*Store credit will not include shipping charges and/or rush fees. Only the price paid for the actual item.

*You will be responsible for all shipping charges between exchanges and returns.

*Only items that have not been used can be returned.

*If an item is damaged or shows signs of being used, the item will not be returnable.

Free Shipping Details
Orders over $250 USD will not be charged the Standard Shipping fee. Offer excludes additional shipping charges for oversized items,and shipping to out of mainland U.S. Free Shipping applies only to merchandise. Taxes, Duties, Gift Cards and oversized shipping charges do not count toward the Free Shipping total. Free shipping offer valid in the US, Canada, and Australia on Standard Shipping fees
